A new pc build HELP!

Hi there everyone I just wanted to get everyones opinion of this build. I wanted to know if theres anything I can change to get the best out of it! It will be used for gaming.. serious recording and video editing and internet use. I want to run most if not all game at very high to ultra settings and record at a comfortable frame rate.. 60 or more if possible.. Thanks

RAM timings are CL11 @1600 Mhz.  Try finding RAM at CL9 (or even 8) at that clock speed.

As far as longevity:  As long as you want it to last.  Depends on the parts you get, and on how well you treat those parts.

Yes it will play all games on high settings and in a few years when games get more demanding you can add a second 970. you got the spare power in the PSU.

The original is 10 pounds cheaper.  The real world difference is:  the original RAM would take 0.006875 (seconds) to respond to a request, the CL9 RAM takes 0.005625 seconds.  The CL9 is fancier though =D.
