Nope not sure what it is to tell the truth.

They organise group buys so you get cheaper stuff/ stuff not available in your country

Haha I wish. My rk9000 has the microcontroller under the numpad. No TKL for me.

Yea, you cant get stuff like super cheap there and they are reliable. I have seen things on there be lower than the prices on Amazon by like $100...
