The G1 is binned higher, so you could hit higher overclocks if you plan to do that.

That is the normal Windforce card. It does not come with an illuminated logo.

In addition to the higher binning that was already mentioned, the G1 also has a backplate and a metal shroud instead of a plastic shroud.

ooh,ok but that doest really do anything except looking good right?

Well the backplate does help with GPU sag which could (but not guaranteed) put undo strain on the PCIE slot
