What i have done is quite stupid, but it happened.

So i went and bought be quiet! shadow rock2 cpu cooler, i installed it and whats wrong is that it's too big and my case wont close... its like 5mm too big to close.

So what i wanted to ask if this is bad for air cooling and stuff in my case if i cannot shut it completely close?

If your case cant shut completely then you probably will get lower temps than if it did :P so theres nothing wrong with that

If you had filtered intakes before then being unable to close the case will probably allow dust to gather in your case (heatsinks etc..) so over time that would affect cooling somewhat.

Just something to keep in mind.
