It might be underwhelming performance-wise, so I suggest getting a barebones ITX kit with a Celeron J1900 and an SFF case for it...

Speaking of a second post, might as well post my respond here too.

 

"You want to MAKE an Intel nuc ? Bruuhhh, you might as well just buy one. It's not possible to make a PC that small yet.... Although, you can buy a Gigabyte Brix, but they have overheating issues, depending on what model you buy. You can buy a cubic case like the 250D, that's probably as small as you can get attempting to "make" and Intel NUC."
