Compulsory first time folder check

You must get this post many times, so I shall keep it brief. Just started up the folding program for the first time and am not really sure what to expect. I fully understand what it's doing and so forth, but I don't know what to expect from the various values, namely points per day, work unit ETA and estimated points, with regards to my rig (see below). I'm hoping one of you guys will be able to tell me what I should be expecting from my hardware, so that I know whether I am over or under performing.

You should expect anywhere from 30K to 200k PPD - this is VERY variable based on what WU you have, etc. Also, PPD values are all messed up when first starting on a new WU. Wait till you about 10-15% in to get an accurate PPD picture.

 

Feel free to post a screen shot of the app so we can get a quick picture if it looks ok.
