 will i have enough power for http://www.amazon.com/MSI-R9-270X-DisplayPort-PCI-Express/dp/B00FR6XP6I/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t  and would this be a good choice for gaming? and thought will be appreciated :)

Yeah, my last parts list came up, with the half a build I put in, including 3 titans in SLI, and I was very confused about his powering of a 270x

Yes you can power a 270x, it will bottleneck in some games though but it's still probably worth the upgrade.

okay thanks and do have any recommendations on any other parts i should/need to upgrade?

In the future you can get an i3 or locked i5 to eliminate any bottlenecks as I don't think your motherboard is capable of handling 'high end' FX chips and i3's/i5's perform better in most games.
