Um good cases for water cooling are the rosewill blackhawk ultra, corsair 900d, silverstone tj07 or tj11. Any of those are really good for watercooling.

If you have a 30k Limit go get a custom PC maker to do it for you like: ORIGINPC, DigitalStorm or Steiger Dynamics.
Anyways, I would recommend dropping your 3970x for a 3930k, theres really no point paying double for a 5% performance increase and instead of Titans get 780s, they have a hydro copper edition as well and they are working on the classified hydro copper. Kinda sad that your spending 7,000 dollars on a system with only 16GB of ram, and a closed loop water cooling unit. Are you forreals? GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!

Well idk :S, I just never thought ram really mattered too much, I think I would rather get another titan then more ram.

i would go for the 900D in your case (haha get it) with your insane budget get something like this for a resovior there are some more colors a D5 pump here some tubing don't know how much or what color so i'll let you decide, one of these should be fine just look for you'r favorite one here. and then in the 900D i think you might want to go 480mm rad at the top 360 at the front or 480 top 480 bottom and then 360mm at the front if you'r feeling really ballsy here are some radiators 360 and then 480. and then idk also see if someone can help you out in the watercooling part of the forum
