Farcry 4 Blurry in Fullscreen

So I will start of by saying that I had this problem before with Civ 5.  I could never figure out what the problem was, but I came up with two solutions:

 

-Play in Borderless (which tanks my frame rates)

-Play using VGA (Not ideal as the image is still blurry due to VGA being dumb)

 

If there are no solutions I would be fine playing over VGA, but I would rather just fix this problem.

 

As for my setup:

 

Computer: ASUS G750JZ-DB73-CA

Monitor: Benq rl2455hm (running off HDMI)

 

I don't know what else I would need to put here, but feel free to ask!
