What's your power supply?

I think the real question is how much you plan to spend total over all the upgrades.

I need more information on your power supply. There's so much to upgrade. The first thing I would upgrade is your graphics card to maybe a 270X.

if you don`t play games than upgrade cpu first.and add some ram later http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KxfVD3 .or you could buy a used i7 860 for your motherboard

if you play games more then get a gpu. r9 270/280 and a new psu. the i3 is still capable for gaming

If you have a $250 budget, getting a R9 280 and dealing with the Bottle-necking till you can get a decent board and a better CPU.

GPU first. Then the powersupply. If you get PSU first, you'll be limited to gpu.
