Hi Everyone,

I am getting weird colours as like missing colours when I bump my resolution to 1920x1080. The colour is fine on my current resolution which is 1600x900.

Also words are not very sharp. I can't take a picture because the colour is correct with print screen

My hardware:

Monitor/tv : Samsung 1080p 32" tv (UN32H5203) http://www.samsung.com/us/video/tvs/UN32H5203AFXZA

Graphics : GTX 970 Tiger OC GeForce GTX 970 4GB PCI-E http://www.msi.com/product/vga/GTX-970-4GD5T-OC-.html#hero-overview

I'm using the dvi-I port with a dvi to hdmi adaptor then from adaptor to tv via hdmi because the tv only support hdmi.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Have you tried a direct HDMI to HDMI connection?

I have and it's still the same problem. I guess it may be the hdmi cable because I bought it for ~15 bucks. However when I use the same cable to connect my ps4 to my tv, there is no problem

You've got quite a conundrum there, mate!

Yeah I have no idea. For the same wire and tv, ps4 1080p no problem, for pc 1080p horrible colours and sharpness

Maybe you've just got a faulty monitor. It does happen, believe it or not. :)
