Looking for Fans and Heatsink for NZXT Phantom Full tower

Hello

 

So, I have received some money as my Christmas present and I am looking to add some more fans and a new heatsink to my build.

 

I am looking for a new heat sink and want to spend around £35 ($55) for my fx-8320 cpu which uses the AM3+ socket, I would prefer to go air just for the price but if there is an AIO in my price range that is decent I would definitely consider it.

 

In terms of the fans I think I am forced to go with NZXT's 200mm option for the side panel unless you guys know of any other compatible options?

The other options I have are a 140mm intake for the front would like but don't need red LED but I want performance first, so what quiet ish fans do you guys recommend? 

 

Oh and also if you could tell me what fans you would recommend for the heat sink you recommend too that would be great!
