Are you sure your Cpu is stable? What voltage do you have on it? Is your graphics card stable if you overclocked it

its been stable for months, its at 1.1volts and only gets to ~50C under load and my gpu is factory OCed and hasn't had an issue, plus i wasn't doing anything cpu/gpu intensive

Monitor your computer and this didn't happen again did it?

Try defragmenting your Hard drive, as well as scan for system errors and bad sectors, then do a full virus scan. When you plan to do this, do it when you have plenty of time to do it as it could  take a half of a day to complete (depending on how fast your PC is).

I'm using an SSD and haven't downloaded anything stupid recently but i'll scan anyways

It is suprising what can get into your system; I had a Trojen/Gen.Downloader (or something like that) and I never went on any untrusted websites.

Regular virus scans are recommended, but a full scan takes long so do it every once in a while
