Quick disconnect question

Hi guys,

I have a NZXT Phantom 530, and I was wondering if i can use the holes on the back to let the tubes of the water loop pass, putting a rad externally, and attaching it with quick disconnects. The quick disconnects could then be united between the tubes inside and close the loop also without having the external rad attached... (i'll put another rad inside the case). So, basically, if I want to have the extra cooling, i attach the external rad, if I dont want to i close the quick disconnects one with each other...
