Upgrading the case and the ram is a good idea.(you can reuse those parts)  The motherboard thats your choice, is a worth $85 for a good looking motherboard?

Yea I Was Thinking Of Just Having Those Laying Around So I Have Extra Parts And Im Not Sure How Much To Spend On The Motherboard @jnmbhj

Do you want to upgrade the cpu and motherboard anytime soon?  If you feel like you want to stick with the CPU for another 2 - 3 years then go for the AsRock motherboard. It would look better and you can show it off.

Edit I Changed The MoBo For A Cheaper One http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mPR6P6,I Made A Agreement That I Wouldnt Upgrade Most Of The Stuff For A 2 To 3 Years Then I ll Make A New PC, This Will Be My Last Upgrade (Hopefully) To This PC And I Have The Really Basic Dell One So I Think Its Time For A Little Upgrade
