So Lego Is thinking of making a lego version of a piece of the hadron collider.

lego_large_hadron_collider_3.jpg

They made a petition that if they got so many people to sign they would make it and (From what i was told) They got that many, within an hour or two. I would link the petition but it think its gone now.

This thing is so cool, i want to build one so bad.

If this was already posted take it down but i searched multiple times and nothing came up.

Crazy European Scientists, their goal is to open a portal to another dimension to bring hell and destruction raining down on Earth.

They're sharing a drink they call loneliness, but it's better than drinkin' alone...

Basically it accelerates subatomic particles (neutrinos etc) then collides them to do stuff like detect new particles or simulate the early moments of the big bang.

That's an extremely simplified version of what it does but hopefully you get the idea.

And make super tiny black holes.
