My GPU is not detected!!

GPU: MSI R9 270X 4GB

Mobo: Maximus Vi Gene

please help me out..Thank You ;)

Did you install the latest driver ? Go to here to get the latest driver http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

also check the BIOS and see if you disabled the PCI-E GPU by mistake

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

when i was installing the driver, it says " install package failure"

i don't know what thats means!!

google DDU program

 

run the program to uninstall the driver

 

boot to Safe Mode with Networking by pressing the F8 key on your keyboard after the BIOS screen

 

run the AMD drivers installer and then power on the pc with the GPU installed

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

yeah am sure that they are well placed and all cables are connected

I have connected another low profile GPU...it has been detected without the driver ....but the MSI, i don't know what the problems... :(

Try to remove the 'low profile GPU' and connect only the AMD card. and See if that helps.
