Hey guys, so I've been going forum to forum trying to get everyone's build ideas. There is a store not too far from my house that makes custom gaming pcs http://sgxtech.com/ordinateur-gamer.pdf and I was thinking of buying the ripjaws, it's like 860$ after taxes. The reason I'm aiming quite low and hopefully you guys could get me a good build for 750$ is because i'm working seasonally at a store, so I'm finished working on Jan 11. and I know that I won't have like 1 grand saved up by then.

1. Budget & Location
750$-800$ incl. OS windows 8.1, Montreal.
2. Aim
I want to finally experience gaming on ultra or high graphics because i've been playing mostly on the lowest of the lowest settings for the past 10 years. And also to stream games for my buddies if I get a game before them. !! I am not aiming to run on ultra with 4x msaa with anti aliasing on or whatever the max settings are, only like high/ultra texture etc... !!
3. Monitors
I'm thinking about buying one later so that is out of the equation for now.
4. Peripherals
None, I already got my gear.
5. Why are you upgrading?
Because my old pc (as stated in point 2) had these specs : Intel pent 4, 1.5 gigs of ram, nvidia geforce gt 220.... and it finally died on me :(

Much better GPU then the build you linked to.

You could probably drop the Mobo and the hard drive and add an SSD but that's an easy upgrade to make in the future.

It does exceed your budget but not by too much but with this configuration you're getting better quality components.

Price is way too high and I don't want to have to loan some money for some reasons. Thanks for your input though.

You could go for a cheaper mobo and case.

I'm a complete newb when it comes to knowing if the parts are great, that's why I came here. Price is OKAY, so far 2 builds on my mind. Could you guys comment on isokid? Please keep in mind that I am fine having a system that can run at least on high graphics with 50-60 fps. Thank you guys for the help.

Would an AMD FX be as good as the i5 but also cheaper?

A 4th gen i5 is currently better for gaming.

@ISOKID's parts recommendation is worse than @theloveablemoose's. The weak cooler, aftermarket paste, sound card, network adapters, and psu are mostly crap and a waste of money.

I'd recommend something like this: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/GqjKxr

I know its on the edge of being too expensive, but you may want to consider it. Also I am providing mostly Nvidia builds because you said you previously owned a PC with an Nvidia graphics card and you might like to have something your more familiar with.
