DLC, I do believe, and not the "ending fix" they offered for ME3.

Could be the extended ending or something? That was free DLC after release. Or did the Trilogy come with DLC, I thought it did? Did you get Leviathan or Omega or something with it?

Extended ending was downloaded on it's own and this was too small to be either of those DLC's

So I downloaded Mass Effect 3 and noticed "Bonus Content"

I haven't finished Inquisition yet, and I'm still waiting for the third Witcher, but time will tell which is my favorite trilogy.
