Dust/Noise help..?

Case: Corsair 450D

Fans:  Front: 2 Stock Case Fans (1 disabled to reduce noise)(blowing air in)

Top: 2 Fans Blowing air out of the case, under an H100i (stock h100i fans)

Back: 450D Stock Exhaust Fan(blowing air out, but makes too much noise)

           Bottom: PSU Fan blowing down/out

So problem is that the dust filter on the front of the case keeps getting dusty and creates those ugly dust circles all the time. Also the pc is overall noisy, mainly the h100i fans. What can I do to minimize noise/dust?

The dust rings will appear as long as your system is running and the environment around the system is dusty.

You can lower noise by running the fans at lower speeds or getting quieter fans.

Ahh I see, thanks.. One more question, how can I change the speed of the fans on the Asus p8z68-v pro gen3 motherboard? I've searched the bios and the only thing I could find was the Low limit for the fan speed

That's pretty much it then. The lower limit should allow the fan to ramp down when temps are lower.

Other than getting a fan controller, the remaining option would be to get quieter fans which is what I would recommend. Stock Corsair fans are pretty darn loud.
