Windows 8.1 fully opaque taskbar?

Is there any way to make the taskbar fully opaque in windows 8.1? It looks bad because it is orange and my wallpaper is dark on the bottom.

there might be a program for this, not sure

Start8 from Stardock allows you to do that, as well as gives you a proper start menu. 

I found classicshell which does that as well.
