I would recommend getting normal fans and then getting LED strips. You'll end up with better stuff.

 

It's kind of like: do you want a vehicle that goes really fast on land or really fast on water, because you can get one that does both, but it won't do that great for either .

ok another question. could you hook up fans to a BitFenix Recon Controller, and the LED's on the Fans to a Colossus Case LED controller?

Good LED case fans would be Bitfenix Spectre (non-pros) and Yate Loon D12SL. 

Why nonpros? You mean for airflow I presume?  As the pros are more static pressure based

no i will be using the Spectre LED fans and i was wondering if i could conect the fans to the fan controler and the LED's on the fans to the case button thing :P

I have never tried them myself (and I guess it's too late now) but Enermax have some really nice looking LED fans.

 

Those fans are really loud and from what I've heard, the bearings don't last too long.

I have been using two of those for two years, they're definitely not quiet running at 1000RPM but I've had no other problems with them.

They are vacuum cleaners.....don't have cable extension so they are always at full rpm...
