Yeah sums it up, but for daily driving and slaying some 300HP 100k+ euro BMW's on the Highway....the Passat?

The Passat is more practical, luxurious, more refined (generally) and easier for the average person to drive.

The civic looks good, is probably better accelerating, will be more fun, has a nicer vtec engine but can appear too much like all show no go, which isn't good at all.

Either really, it depends on what sort of driving you do. If you're after a B road thrasher, the civic is the best bet, if you want a high speed cruiser, the Passat fits the bill.

The Honda all the way, they are good cars and since that is a track car it is ultimately cooler though would be even more cooler is it was a Spoon Civic.

Hmm i imagine it like this....

VW

I'm cruisin on the highway in my VW...some random BMW drives past me with some girls (girls ADORE BMW's here)...my friend who sits next to me dials in more boost on his laptop, pushing my car to 600 BHP....i drive near the BMW, horn a few times, and then blaze away as it struggles to catch me...

Honda

Same deal, only im capable of 300BHP because of the weaker engine block, looks fully race prepped but farts (due to low capacity and wasted spark igniton). So i try to hoon it past the BMW, but i'm unable to regain traction, and i get smoked
