Hi everybody, I'm thinking about buying a Steelseries mouse - either sensei or rivals. The problem is that after reading some information though I really backed off from them.I read about scroll wheel problems, DPI problems and many more.My point is - is any of those mice really worth the money ( because in my country they're quite expensive compared to the foreign prices) or am I going to be sorry ? (I intend to get every faulty hardware just to be clear.Seems like Life hates me and I'm probably going to end up on a faulty one if they really are that many.)

These are great gaming mice, every product has it's problems and everyone is going to complain about it on the big forums.

You might also want to look at zowie mice.

My country doesn't even support those, uehauheuhauheuha, I hate my life.Anyway if I'm going to buy steelseries which one has the chance to be less faulty ? The kana v2 or the sensei ?

Cant tell that just get the one that feels the best in your hand.

I also can't get a zowie her but you can order one from let's say ebay or whatever.

Ok hearing from you guys even more complains about sensei just made me back off from them completely. Now the question is kana v2(which btw if really has only 1 side button will probably make me run from it too) or rival the better one ? Sadly I have to purchase them online so I can't try them, I hear the rival is a big one but I don't mind it.Or are there any other good mice ?

Kana and Rival are ok mice from SteelSeries. The rest are pretty much worthless.

Ok but is the kana v2 really with only 1 side button ? Or are those 2 side buttons counting as separate or as one identical ?And what are the rival and kana v2 most frequent problems ? Sorry for getting so detailed and annoying but as I said in my country those mice are really pricy and I don't want to have issues when I buy one.

I've never had any issues with my Rival but some people have said that the coating of their Rival's have started to peel off really fast. Not really heard anything about Kana v2 as its not quite as popular. As for the Kana's side buttons, I'd imagine they are separate. SteelSeries might not be the best regarded maker, but its far from the worst. No matter what device or maker it is, there is ought to be some people who have issues with it on the Internet.

I am probably going to buy the Kana V2 - why ? because I sweat a lot.I mean a lot.And the rival is just going to get too messy after 1-2 weeks and I don't want that.I said the if it was really just 1 button I'd back off - well after some thing I found out that I haven't used my second button(Mouse5) on my bloody for some time now.And since they're separate buttons on each side it even comes better for me.There is only 1 problem - I have to save money atleast 2-3 months before I can buy it.As i I said, I hate my life.Thank you fellow members. You really helped me.
