I need help!

I want to buy a monitor or a tv that is 19" and has these features:

Hdmi

vga(optional0

dvi(would like)

speakers(would like)

price range 100-150 if possible

Can someone please point me in the right direction I've been looking all over and cannot seem to find what I am looking for.

I live in the US, I do not know much about monitors yet so I do not know what is good for the other questions

Do you not have room for external speakers?
