Desktop organizer app?

Anyone know some cool desktop organizer software. I have been seeing a lot of people with super clean desktops using these programs but I can't seem to find any (Should've looked harder). 

 

Make sure you know the software doesn't cause any viruses or conflict with any other programs.. That would be great :)

I've seen that one. Looking for any softwares like that. I'll try out rainmeter.

The thing about Rainmeter is that it's no longer clean when you stuff widgets on every single pixel of your monitors. Some people use it in excess and it goes from clean to you may as well have left icons cluttering your desktop.

I really love my rainmeter desktop... I don't really care if its cluttered but it looks amazing... I would highly suggest.

What skin is that? it looks nice!

I had to alot of custom modding to get it to fit my needs, depends on how much you want to go into it but it leaves a nice effect.
