Gaming! 5960x has 8 cores. Not needed for gaming.

For gaming alone get a quad core processor like i5 4690k.

Get two 970s.

Kraken X61 CPU cooler (my opinion)

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.

Firstly, what is this PC going to be used for?  If its gaming and workstation primarily.  Well, if its gaming at all I recommend:

1. lower the CPU down to either an i7 5820k or i7 5930k

2. Get a Samsung 850 Pro on your budget, its much better speed wise and stability wise.  Apparently it comes with a 10 year warranty too.

3. 4TB drives don't last as long as 2TB and 1TB according to allot of people and Green drives in Raid, aren't very good stability wise.  I recommend getting a couple Seagate Barracudas.

4. Get the Asus X99 deluxe, Asus ROG features are quite gimmicky and often aren't needed and can even slow down your computer sometimes.  For the same stability and better value get the Asus  X99 pro or deluxe.

5. Red motherboard, Green case.  Dude.  WTF?  Get a case that matches your insides so it looks good.  Get the Razer if you want, just know it might look ugly.  I recommend the white one with the Asus X99 boards.

6. Now comes the good part, get 2 GTX 980's instead of a 980 single, you'll get more horsepower and better stuff overall for gaming and rendering and stuff.  And that folding power is gonna be INSANE

7. Don't get an AX1200i.  Thats f***ing overkill.  Get the Cooler Master V850, Linus loves it.  I love it, and many people love it.  Its rock solid and awesome.

8. Don't watercool yet. A big mistake, it may be hard or too noisy, stick with your fans and air cooling for now.  Its not hard to switch to closed loop watercooling later.

And lastly, pick up a nice Noctua cooler like the NH-U14S.  They are very quiet, or get a bequiet cooler for better looks.

For your perhiperals.

1. Get some nice headphones like the Audio Technica ATX-M50X

2. Get the Corsair RGB if you want.  Ducky and Logitech are the best though imo.

3. Don't rush and get a naga, you may never use all the buttons.  Get the Logitech G502 protius core.

You sir, clearly are rushing to far into it.  follow my advice:

Stick with air cooling for now.

Don't get Razer unless you really want to.

Make sure your computer colours match or it will look ugly.

Don't get an i7 5960x unless you seriously need it, and 99% chance is that you really don't.
