which sata port for my ssd?

my mobo has 6 sata ports. Should i plug my ssd to port 0? or does it matter?

you put it in a box and mail it to me, jk find out witch controller is fastest on your mobo and use that one.

okay the manual says all 6 are sata 3 uptp 6bps. So i can plug in anywhere?

There's possibly different controllers (Intel and Marvell), so plug it into the Intel one, if of course there are different ones.

Yes. It should be fine, although I would chose whichever port is closest to a cable management grommet to make it look nicer. :D

If it's a Z97 motherboard they are all native to the chipset, so plug it into any of them.

SATA 0 is usally the fastest/just as fast as some of the other ports. Just plug it in SATA 0.
