kraken vs h100

im planning on buy a new gaming pc (http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2fp2ZL) and im deciding on my cpu cooler. either the h100i, h105, kraken x61 or kraken x31. i beleave they will all fit in my nzxt phantom 410, my main concern is will they all preform the same, if so i'd like to get one of the krakens purely on the rgb lighting aswell as the software that comes with it

The NZXT Kraken X61 is probably the best performing AIO, aside from the Swiftech H2xxX series. So I would go with the NZXT Kraken X61.

H100i is RGB too... Although Corsair Link is not the greatest by any means.

Does he have Corsair Link setup? That's how you control it.

WTF

The latest software is just not good and messes up the lighting effects so you have to use a previous version of corsair link to get it to function correctly.

Don't go for V300 SSD. Its the worst SSD. Check the forum! See the benchmark all over internet.

And also go with a single stick RAM. Coz you can upgrade it later! :)

I would recommend the Kraken X61 as well. ( :( I would have used one, but my case just didn't have room for one)

i'll look into the v300, but i heard that you should have 2 sticks of 4gb  rather than 1 8gb stick to split the load equally

You won't notice a big difference in that!

Just go for a single stick! coz it'll be better in future for upgrading the RAM without any problem like selling the older sticks.

Here is the benchmark for SSD.

I suggest you to get MX100 or 840 EVO or Intel 730.

i went with the H100i and im absolutely loving it so far, i have not encountered any problem yet (ie bad mounting yada yada whatever problems others were/are having with it) one thing i dont like is Corsair Link... oh my god thats probably the worst piece of software ive encountered in ages. super buggy. other than that the H100i gets my seal of approval :D

if you use other methods to control your fans (ie 5.25" fan controller) you dont even need to use corsair link
