Why i dislike (uneducated ) Alienware users

asim1999

that sounds a bit more like my school, I have a whole fucking lot of iSheep in my school. The PCMasterRace members exist but are hard to come by.

Ive only got 1 true PCMasterRace member in my class, the others are either console fanboys, isheep or Alienware losers

You atleast have someone that's interested in games in your class... In my class i have no one... I do have a guy that bought beats... And i can bet he bought them only because they ARE beats....

Off-topic - on my way today to school, i saw some grandma wearing beats (i don't know if they were original or fake), and i was like "WTF, Beats you did it, you managed to make old people wear your headphones"... Well, i do understand that it was probably some of her grandchildren that gave them to her, but still.....

Eh not everyone who is fanatical about gaming and fanatical about wanting the best gaming experience has any knowledge or interest in pc hardware. They're not things that necessarily cross over. For these people we have Alienware.

If they know nothing they should stick to console

Right so someone needs to have an interest in the tech itself just because they want a 60 fps HD gaming experience. Stop being such a snob and grow up.

Whoa dude, dont act like ur my dad. And besides, console could be anything from the Asus GR8 to the PS4, we are talking about desktops and laptops from one specific company here.

The Asus GR8 is a PC. I don't see a difference between this and anything by Alienware. In fact Asus Republic of Gamers as a brand is no different to Alienware.

And given that the Asus GR8 has a 750 Ti in it, it's not going to be an awful lot better than a PS4.

My bad, i was comparing it in terms of graphics. For consoles, i should have mentioned the Alienware Alpha instead, bringing me back to my original point

That looks even worse than my 10 year old Dell. Yuck!

I wouldn't touch one of those even if I was paid to. That motherboard just looks absolutely shit. Probably as featureless and unreliable as the crap I took this morning.

Eric S. Raymond used an E6600 from 2005 until 12/30/14 or open source software creation. Raw data computations in excess of 18GB each. Core 2 Duos still have tons of life left, my friend.

They have nice hardware but they are just overprices to hell and back. Just as bad as Apple. They also charge so much because of their 'custom' cases.

Their power supplies are crappy multi-rail units and IDK if they are 80+ certified.

Yeah I was just going by what I have seen before I have never owned one. For some reason most pre builts power supplys are bad. I have never heard of a good one unless you specify. Good to know though.
