Just make sure they will fit. The NH-D15 has 140mm fans correct? But don't they have 120mm mounting holes? Meaning that the 140mm industrial Noctuas won't fit as they are square frame with regular mounting holes. Meaning you would have to go with 120mm fans which would kinda suck for that cooler's potential. I had researched this before too when I was using a Noctua heatsink and didn't have much luck =/

Current PC build: [CPU: Intel i7 8700k] [GPU: GTX 1070 Asus ROG Strix] [Ram: Corsair LPX 32GB 3000MHz] [Mobo: Asus Prime Z370-A] [SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB primary + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB secondary] [PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750w 80plus] [Monitors: Dual Dell Ultrasharp U2718Qs, 4k IPS] [Case: Fractal Design R5]

Yes I believe it needs 140mm fans with 120mm mounting holes, I think cryorig's fans are like that, I'll go check.

Can't find out if that has 120mm mounting holes, I could check with a tape measure since I have a pair of them, but I'm super lazy right now lol

From Noctua's official site:

hi,

i have a bought a new noctua NHD 15 but i really hate the look of the fans.

what is a good replacement for these fans?(silence in mind)

return the NHD15 then ....

It would be a huge waste of money if you don't use those included A15s
