The 6600k does support eyefinity with up to 3 displays.

But if i have another one of the s20b300b it would work?

The monitor choice doesn't make a difference.

As long as you have the outputs available on your board to match the monitor, typically 1 HDMI 1 VGA and 1 DVI is available.

 

I assume you're not gaming?
