Has Watch Dogs improve over time yet or no?

if you have an i7 and an high end GPU it will run above 60FPS on max settings but it eats up a lot of VRAM so maybe (probably) texture setting only on high because you'll run out of VRAM and get some stuttering, otherwise it's absolutely fine and quite fun actualy.

Here is a video i've made to show how it run with different intel CPU, as you can see having an i7 really help getting a smooth experience:
