Puttung cpu cable behind mobo?

I personally have done it, but i'd advise against it, the pins on the back of the mobo can tear the rubber and expose the wiring to the mobo.. uh oh...

And it can put too much pressure on the mobo

I've also done it.  As stated above, as long as you don't puncture the plastic sleeving (create a short circuit), it should be fine.

Be very careful not to damage the coating of the wires, and don't put much pressure on the mobo.

So long as the solder points don't puncture the cable, go for it. It's harmless.
