Most coolers come with thermal paste. 

 

(one tube is enough for many builds btw) 

 

Also, don't get a 4690k and an H97 board; oh, and get an R9 290 instead as it will be cheaper and much better than a 4gb gtx760.

DO NOT GET THAT GRAPHICS CARD! A 290 can be had for cheaper and absolutely destroys it (like seriously, it's not even close).

One tube will be fine.

 

This, get the 290.... You want a pea sized dot in the middle of the CPU/GPU and then let the heat sink spread it (if you have to take the heat sink off at all for any reason after application, replace the paste as the air now trapped in it will decrease its efficiency)
