Verizon and something positive, I have a hard time believing a company as shady as Comcast is capable of anything good.

Wow, I'm surprised that Verizon is doing this. I agree with you @Mooshi, but it is also interesting and quite unexpected too... Imagine if it was Comcast and some other provider like AT&T with throttling. O_O

well verizon did try to roll out fiber and then they were blocked by comcast and AT&T
