lag spikes?

Hello, i really need help cuz somewhy im get these fps lag spikes on everything im doing even browsing or watching videos please help me it really such to have it check my dx diag i updated all drivers and everything im running win 10 check my dxdiag for more information :(

When did this start happening?

did you change any hardware in your system or install anything?

what does your CPU and GPU usage look like at idle? it should be near 0%
