I would suggest i5 4670k and gtx 760 (when it comes).

And also you need about 550W PSU and 8GB RAM.

I don't think you can pull that off since prices for Haswell are still a bit high.

what case do you suggest

I use NZXT panthom 820 and it is awesome, but pick any case that you like.
