PC Efficiency Improvement Survey

I'm an engineering student researching solutions to increase the power efficiency of PCs. It's critical to my design that I first understand market demand for improved efficiency in hardware. Please take just a minute of your time to contribute to this research.

I dont think anybody here really cares, as long as its not absurd. I figured it out before but a normal gaming rig with a 290x vs 780 if you pay 30c kw/h is only a couple dollars more expensive a month and if youre buying either of those GPUs that its kind of irrelevant
