Which video driver's to install?

I have a new system and I am wondering which driver I need to be installing, from the NVidia site or from my non-reference manufacture's (Zotac, gtx 970)  or both?

Also if theres some programs to test my cpu, video card and ram please suggest a few good ones

Install the ones from Nvidia.

Install GeForce Experience, it will look for the correct driver.

Always get newest. If you have still problems after getting newest, get beta drivers.
