Make sure they send you a new one.  Take down any information on the actual card there is and maybe even make a notch on the brace part of the card so you know your card and if they send back the same dud again make a complaint.

i have thought about rma again. but damn it took 3-4 week to get repaired the first time. plus like they say, "once bitten, twice shy."

Oh and also take photos of the card you have now as proof of what you have. Do it after you put an identifying mark on the brace for the card. Also make sure to take good pictures as in close ups of areas where there may be stickers on it.

I would say use it for folding.

Actually, have you tried using a different display output? it could be a problem with one of the video signalling circuits.
