Beginner Editing Laptop Choice

My school is planning to buy Laptops to help introduce students to the Adobe Suite (mostly graphic designing and art stuff).

They asked me to help them choose between either a Dell vostro v5470 or a HP probook 450. They both have their own advantages, which one do you guys think I should recommend, please don't include price as a reason because the price difference between these 2 laptops doesnt matter to the school.

 

They are using it mostly for the Adobe CC Suite and possibly some CAD and Maya

HP sucks?

HP laptops tend to overheat?

HP tends to have shitty build quality?

Dell still (sometimes) sucks but is better than hp?

Dell makes some good shit. While HP only makes good professional stuff. (Non consumer)

Dell is extremely reliable, we have dell laptops at our school and they last up to 5 years. Considering the fact that this is an all-boys school and is one of the most hectic schools I have ever seen, thats pretty damn good.
