I'm looking for a case that is either all black or black with red flares such as LEDs or accents, with a window, have an optical bay and at least a mid tower. Do you guys know of any good cases that are around 50 USD or less?

I would go with 03. Worth 10 bucks, you got more USB 3.0 ports, more HDD drives. Definitely worth 10$ more.
