Wondering if there is a way to create an image of Windows (7/8.1) that has all the updates and the software I would typically install (excluding drivers). I want to cut out repetitive time consuming tasks like Windows updates, software installs and system tweaks. Windows updates alone take hours to complete (just found out about WSUS Offline Update, haven't had a chance to test it yet, but that should cut out download time for updates, though I would still have to wait for the install,) I use Ninite for quick application installs (though it doesn't take care of everything.)

I charge a flat rate for a Windows install with software and data restoration, if I can be more productive by cutting down the time it takes to do this whole process my hourly profit will increase as will my turnaround time.

This is incredibly easy with OS X, all I have to do is make a clone with an application like SuperDuper, it only takes about 45 minutes (with a mechanical HDD, SSD is even faster) and its so easy a caveman could do it, I want a similar way to do this with Windows.

Forgot to mention, my Server 2012 R2 build is almost finished.
