Looks like you would need to mount the rad and then the fans outside the case, in a pull config.

Depends on your mobo and clearance - saw a few posts where they had to mount them on the outside due to the motherboard - hard to tell from the pics...

But I think we are saying the same thing - rad in the case, fans on the other side, technically "outside", but bolted through, onto the rad, but run in pull instead of push...

couldn't i put the rad in the case and screw the fans threw the case into the rad? I know it's made to fit a h100 no problem

It should work if the h100 fits. Don't take my word for it though.

Thats a tough one - I "think" the rad would fit, yes. But, I am not sure how long the tubing is exactly - so that may be an issue. BUT - you could always replace tubing on the H220. :) But that would make it a bit more difficult. You might be better off with a whole different case then one custom made for that cooler...
