Building this week. And I don't know how I should set my motherboard up lol. Do I build on the box only? Or do I use the anti-static bag with it. Paulhawdware said the bag is conductive and you shouldn't build with it?

Also, what should be connected already when I'm finished? 8 pin CPU, CPU Fan, Case Fans, 24 pin, 6 and 4 pin for gfx, usb 2 and 3, front panel and that's it?

Last question, where do i connect the case fans to?

mobo is z97 guard pro

You should build inside your case...not on a box...

Case fans can be plugged into 3 pin fan headers on your motherboard or into molex if they have the molex plug or adapter.

wait what?

At least build on a box first for the first time to see if every part is working before you put the board, gpu, psu, and other stuff inside the case.

Oh...i dont do that...:P

Build the system on the motherboard box (ram, cpu, gpu, psu, cpu fan) and max sure everything is working correctly by plugging it into your monitor and making sure everything is detected correctly.

Then you can remove your GPU from the motherboard and unplug your PSU so you can put everything in your case. You should wait until you're pretty much done building to put the GPU in because it gets in the way of cable managing.

Also MAKE SURE you use standoffs in your case or else you'll short out your motherboard.
