Unilateral Hearing - Headphone Help

I was born deaf in one ear and I need some help finding some information on a couple things.

1.) Can I modify headphones settings within windows to send all sound into one ear (Bluetooth or otherwise)?

2.) Are there any premium headphones that give you the option externally to achieve this?

I've searched and mostly find topics of people trying to get a fix to having sound coming from one side of their headphones.

Equalizer. You still can't get stereo if that's what you mean.

I don't really know why would you want that though, this is helpful if you have partial hearing loss in one ear. If you can't hear at all it will make no difference.

You could adjust the balance to bias completely to one side. I know this can be done through realtek drivers.
