everything looks compatible but get an i5 because the 8350 will bottleneck the gpu

it is pretty nice but the case IMHO is a bad choice...i'd look for something better in that price range, might want to look at the Enermax ostrog GT it comes with dual 140mm led fans for intake and a 120mm exaust fan pre-installed so you dont have to order a bunch of case fans for it and it has a side windows and just generaly MUCH better quality than this.
