Modular power supplies have a custom interface. You cannot plug these cables directly into the PSU, they must be plugged into the cables coming from your PSU.

Can I plug these straight into the PSU? Or do PSUs have proprietary plugs on them? I know they're extension cables but my current ones are long enough, I just like the look of them.

They're extensions, they plug into the cables that come out of your psu. (They can NOT be plugged directly into the psu itself).

 

You'd have to get a set up cables specifically for your psu if you don't want to use the default cables at all.

Thought so. I have nowhere to hide the cables in my current case, guess I'm going to have to do with what I have now.
