Nexus 9 remote is pretty damn extreme.  B)

Whatever's cheapest. The Nexus 7 is still a damn good tablet and pretty cheap, although I don't know how much the price differs in the UK.

What about these ultra cheap £30 android tablets? Are they worth it? Its probably not going to leave the room this chromecast is in.

Its cheap enough to just throw away and replace if a drink gets spilt on it or the screen gets broken.

Its cheap enough to just throw away and replace if a drink gets spilt on it or the screen gets broken.

The screen will be annoying to look at and touch since it WILL lag, believe me. I would get the LG it's quality tablet for fairly cheap.

I doubt it'll be all that quick in navigating applications, but it should be fine. Just don't expect the kind of performance you'd get from a higher end device.

Got one of those as well as the Amazon Fire TV since that comes with a remote already i will send it back if its too amazon services centered.

 

I just need Plex and Youtube really.
